Selecting Process for Acid Mist Collection

1. Enclosed--Pre-treatment workshop is closed, and the mist is collected and treated in it.
2. Side Suction--Add side suction ducts at both sides of the pickling tank to collect acid mist.(Suitable if the acid tank's width is less than 2m
)
3. Cover-type--Add a cover above the pickling tank to collect the acid mist under the cover.(Suitable if the acid tank's width is over 2m)

Working Principle of Acid Mist CleanTower:
Take sodium hydroxide solution as absorption and Neutralization liquid to purify the exhaust gas of acid mist, exhaust gas goes into the inlet wind stage pressed or sucked by centrifugal fan, and flow up to the first stage stuffing layer, react with the sodium hydroxide solution of the first stage, then the exhaust gas continue to flow up to the second stage stuffing layer, and react with the sodium hydroxide solution there, at last, through the whirlwind board exhaust to the air by draught fan.
